It's been a while since I last wrote. But this time it's from my office at the Pacific MMI Bldg. I returned to PNG and am now working with the International Organization for Migration (IOM). A lot has happened since I left Washington DC and Hawaii.
Anyways, I'll delve into all this when I finish Lucas' reference to EWC for the USSP scholarship.
