Woke up around 11.30am coz I slept around 3.30am in the morning. Had a shower and as usual went to Paradise Palm to grab lunch. Got some fries with tender chicken and a cup of coffee and returned to the room. Did some work until around 6.00pm and decided to go get dinner down at King Street. Steve and Keanu drove by and stopped so I hopped into the car with them and we went to Manoa Gardens. Kuhio was already there, in line to get some drinks. Kuhio got me a Newcastle beer. We were sitting outside and talking. Ross (the bloke from Minnessota) and Jose (East Timorese) were already there with a couple of folks from the PolSci Dept having a few drinks. We finished early around 8pm and I left to grab a take-out of seasonal vegetables and beef at my favorite Chinese restaurant (Chinese Dynasty). After I got my dinner I went to the ice cream parlour and got a small cup of vanilla ice cream. Came back to Hale Manoa and met Clarance at the lobby. Got a bottle of Pepsi and came up to my room.
I didn't do much today and will have to work twice as hard over the remaining weeks. I don't think I'll do a lot of work tonite bcoz of the beer I had. Usually I don't do any work when I have alcohol coz ma brain just can't stay focused. I didn't have much liquour though, but just that my body doesn't really work, or I should say my brain. I think I'll have a shower and see if it helps.
